Teaser - Testing how themes are working...

"User Params as Theme System" is actually working out well, I think people will enjoy being able to pull themes out of previously saved dashboards and swapping them around. ;)

• Find the (pseudo) "Theme" block
• Drop it on to your canvas!
• (Undo if needed - repeat!)
